This ground-up custom build on Ossawinnamakee Lake features a stunning main house and boathouse, thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty of the surroundings. We collaborated closely with Doerr Architecture and O’Hara Interior Design to bring this vision to life, blending craftsmanship, functionality, and timeless design in every detail.
We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience we had with Heritage, their entire team, and our day-to-day partners, Andrew and Nick. We gave the team an especially difficult process; be our partners in rebuilding the beloved family cabin while adding a new, separate house, all the while being 7,500 miles apart (we live overseas). Heritage worked seamlessly with our architect and designer and delivered a result that exceeded expectations. Except where we made changes, the team delivered everything on time and within budget… and more than a year later continues to respond and resolve to any remaining teething issues.
